Floating End Plates
These end plates complete with the weather cover give the correct scale profile to the existing corridor connections on proprietary and kit built coaches. The delicately sprung floating movement will fill any gap between coaches when used with the Close Coupling System.
Type A and B fits directly to Hornby Pullmans. Types C & D fit directly to Hornby & Lima Mk I’s.
Type E end plates can also be adapted for use with BR MkIII, MkIV carriages, some Sprinter units and original Hornby LMS and GWR carriages, but not the ex Airfix/Dapol or Bachmann LMS and GWR stock which have the correct profile, floating end plates for these will be available later.
