To speak to me in person you can phone me between 10.00 am and 5.30 pm and between 7.00pm and 9.00 pm Monday to Friday. Its pot luck at  weekends.

If you don’t get through to me in person through the day then please phone back later.

My answer phone is so distorted that I can’t understand any message.

Your calls are always welcome.

Many people are reluctant to leave card details by email, a solution is to split card details over two or three unlinked emails. I then re-assemble the details. After use the details are removed.

A letter works well if it contains an order with a UK cheque.

                                 I will not reply to letters.
